Heute City helps you find something to do in Berlin and turn it into a plan for your day. If something is not working, or you have a question or an idea, we would love to hear from you.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account?

No. Heute City works the moment you open it. You can browse Berlin events and venues, build a day plan, reorder it, save favorites, and share a plan, all without signing in.

How do I add something to my day?

Open any event or venue from the Explore or Map tab and tap Add. It goes to the day you choose. Nothing is added until you tap Add, so your day stays yours.

How do I share a plan?

Open a day in the Plan tab and tap Share. Anyone with the link can open it right away, with no account and no download.

How is my data handled?

Your plans and favorites are saved to your device and to our own database in the European Union. We do not sell your data, we do not track you for advertising, and we do not collect usage analytics. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

You can remove your plans and favorites in the app at any time. To delete everything, email hello@heute.city and we will take care of it. See the account deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

The event information looks wrong

Event listings come from public Berlin cultural sources and are refreshed every day. If you spot something off, email us and we will look into it.
